How long does installation take?
Most single-classroom installs are completed in 2–3 hours. Multi-classroom rollouts are scheduled to minimise teaching disruption — usually during school holidays or after hours, depending on what works for your school.
What's covered by the 3-year onsite warranty?
Full hardware coverage. If anything fails, we come to your school and fix or replace it. Cover is valid anywhere in South Africa.
Can teachers who aren't tech-savvy actually use this?
Yes — that's the whole point. If your teachers can use a smartphone and YouTube, they can use GoBoard from day one.
Do we need to buy new software?
No. GoBoard works with Google Classroom, Microsoft Teams, Zoom, and any educational software your school already uses.
What about loadshedding?
Panels resume immediately when power returns and remember the last open session. Schools can also use UPS options for an uninterrupted lesson.
Can we finance the hardware?
Yes — we work with resellers who offer structured competitive rental finance agreements.
Do you service schools outside major cities?
Yes. Our 3-year onsite warranty covers all of South Africa. We have technicians in Johannesburg, Cape Town, and Durban, with service partners in other regions.
